Recently Ceo Tony Spring came to North Calif concord store 30-40 extra assoc came to redo store ( where did this payroll come from? Serramonte DC store canceled (TG) this store carpet dirty/ dog p-e stains f/r dirty wallpaper pealing customer's leave clothes all over once again dog po-p on clothes 20-30 racks go backs hidden .1 person on selling floor can't maintain it customer's sit on mdse on tables or put mdse on floor no wonder macys stores r closing customer's can do what they want throw 500$ coats on floor &walk on them in this store 2 assoc receive a bonus $5000/10,0000 for sales this should be distributed to all the receiving/support team who unload trucks/md team recovery team ect. No wonder why macys can't keep veteran assoc. Really macys should not just close underperforming stores but stores that r "garbage"stores that are filthy dirty &as mgrs say the customer's r "savages" this store needs a total remodel & maybe CEO should of visited to see a Macy store in real time. Surprise visits make more sense. I am also a Macy stockholder it' less than $15.00 a share look at off pricer stores there stockprice over $150.00 a share Macy will be closing more stores as property is worth more than inventory owned in store

I would just like to know what the cost was to have the corporate visit 2 weeks ago where over 700 store Mgr’s and operational mucky mucks peeps and a like showed up from California to Maine from
Hawaii to Guam in Chicago for their annual meeting of the minds!
Airfare, accommodations, food.
And yet, we can’t get the doors fixed on our main entrance
Our store has to wait months for basic patch/paint work. The "growth" stores pony show in June takes priority. And Facilities has already repainted these stores 3times over.
I cant wait for the day I walk out of this ridiculous company.
You r correct anyone can be a stockholder but not everyone does I have gone to the s/h meetings bef I re covid have u ? Probably not. U wouldn't know what to do!!!!! Let them know macys pay is at poverty level & most assoc work 2-3 jobs. U r correct macy will soon close all stors upgrade & become Bloomingdales bring up the class of customers
I fully understand what they said. I think it’s bullsh-t when people put on a dog and pony show for a CEO. They are giving them a false picture of what the business looks like. That’s ok though macys is going out of business.
