@c08 hearing mid to late August. Likely prepping now.
In EMEA, some underperforming Sales ICs are reportedly being let go—sometimes with little notice. There’s talk of PIPs, but a few departures seem abrupt.
When will this company realise that there are other players in the market. We are the next Avaya!

I heard the axe is going to fall later in summer, sales are down, not hit targets again. Product and Support are the real issues. Not our sales team.

@8bz I think this is plausible. Our opex is very high - this was a problem even in flush times.
The real layoffs will come in August when we don’t hit the numbers again.
