Does anyone have any idea what markets/states will still have the patients that full patient management (FPM)?

FPM is going away? Who did you hear that from? That would basically be the end of all community based programs. I’ve heard ISNP is struggling so not sure if they’ll eventually pull out of that as well. Maybe the plan is to gradually transition to providing annual Housecalls assessments only.
I don’t know when FPM is going away, I just heard it was.
When is FPM going away?
I wouldn’t feel safe anywhere in Optum. Plus I heard FPM is going away also.
If you have FPM in your market, do you feel safe?
Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Georgia, Iowa, Missouri, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Washington, Wisconsin are the FPM markets.
