Now that the Optum Software can translate Rehab Optima are Care Coordinator layoffs inevitable?

It wouldn’t be anytime soon. But is the first step, in my opinion, for care coordination to become mostly AI led. There still needs to be a human element in most areas and will remain that way for some time. But eventually, human involvement will be shortened and therefore you’ll see a continual job reduction.
This new feature saves maybe 2 minutes from my day. Not enough to cause layoffs in my opinion
