The benefit of being private - they’ll never know….. and people will always need paychecks so they’ll join in with excitement to change it only to either sell out or die trying before they get asked to leave.

They are driving this once-great company into the ground. Everything will take longer & cost more in the end. The company has lost its way.

Guessing that 10% remaining in the US is SLT and their immediate directs.

Who would even be left of the 30% in the US? That means no teams would be in the US anymore. US middle managers with full offshore teams?

It's part of a plan devised by the head of ETX called Project Inroads. There will be periodic layoffs in America every few months, with replacements hired off shore. His goal is to have 70% of ETX off shore by 2026, within an ultimate goal of 90%.
