No one will do anything to fix the incompetent, free spending, toxic group of bullies leading and running the show. They break all the rules, treat people that are not in their own click terribly and get away with the worst workplace behavior most people have ever experienced.
Their spending is out of control, they don’t collaborate or cooperate, they lie about what they are doing, they are not accountable to anyone and continue on their own path while making fun of and trashing the legacy Fiserv teams, particularly the mc. Their leader is by far the worst on the trashing other senior people.
If any other group acted in this way, they’d be dismissed.
We should be better than this.

what we should be talking about is the BECA agenda being rolled out in violation of fiserv's conflict of interest policy. Everyone took the training, now make it make sense. A nonprofit with a race specific agenda on full blast in the marketing team. friends, family, and personal investments should not be funded by the company. The policy is very clear.
Look we all know that our marketing team is clueless but we haven’t had a competent marketing program since before Covid when they laid them all off. We get it she’s awful but move on already. We have a lot bigger problems internally that truly impact our clients.

EVERYONE is talking about you know who and her incompetent, inexperienced, VPs and SVP marketing hires with limited experience and padded resumes. If anyone needs a specific example, then it is already too late for you.
