I’ve been with FM for years. What’s coming is going to upend the very foundations of the company. The rolling layoffs will likely continue indefinitely, possibly until the rumored privatization—leaving even the remaining positions unstable. It’s better to start exploring other opportunities now. Even if you think you’re safe—you’re not.

Severance will prevent most people from leaving on their own.
one and done, not likely.
Is that based on something concrete or just your own guess? My feeling is that it's going to be one and done. But it's going to be one rather large cut in the next few weeks.
