DQA - Dell Quality Agile is all the hype now. Micro-management on steroids. Do more with less. Automate everything and put yourself out of a job.

We are always slow to the latest technology. And then when we do get there we are outdated. If you remember our entry into mobile phones, they were always a major release behind with the OS. Then they just dropped them. Go figure.

I would love if Dell got merged with NVidia who are one of the more technical companies out there. I've never worked for a respected company before.

And this is how MD exits in a blaze of glory. He can't retire any other way, but to sell off assets. He's owns a ton of AVGO, and probably NVDA, so selling to either only puts of money in his pocket, and the Dell name retires off the buildings. It's perfect for him, but sc--ws the employees. Just like when he sold off parts of his business we he bought EMC/Vmware. A lot of people got sc--wed. It will happen.

Dell is going to split CSG and ISG. ISG won’t stay independent for long. It’ll either be sold outright or immediately acquired, just like VMware.

Michael stands to make another $60 billion from a move like this. This is straight from the Silver Lake playbook. VMware was the test case, and it worked.

Why Nvidia? Because taking over the top server maker lets them vertically integrate and stop pretending DGX is competitive. It removes a major headache.

And no, this isn’t hopium. Just like with VMware, the buyer will gut ISG, keep the pieces they want, and dump the rest. They might even slash prices to lock in a monopoly. Most Dell employees won’t be retained, and the few who are will be run into the ground.

Compared to five years ago, the stock is still up. But it has been on the decline since mid last year. It has lost 50% of it's value since May of 2024.

They aren't letting us know the endgame here. For Dell personnel, it becomes challenging every day.
