Thread regarding TransUnion layoffs

HR lady apparently left because

She was defending the remote work. Classic CC move and aided by some of the EVPs who work from their homes. Go figure

When they wouldn't publish how far you needed to reside from an office to be considered remote I knew it was no longer the company I wanted to be part of.

Wrong! She created the chaotic, id--tic hybrid policy and she’ll do it at Mastercard too. She’s a total tool. TU was foolish to let a Canadian Walmarter anti American je-k set policy for a dedicated and productive workforce that operated at above performance levels regardless of where they regularly logged in from. Plenty of people want to go into an office. Forcing the others is not a value proposition. Candidates won’t even consider TU because it’s so restrictive. People are leaving because her policies were choking work life balance for some. The trail of sh*t that woman left in her wake for everyone at TU is repulsive.

she was the main one feeding into return to office and then ditched the whole company leaving employees stuck in this new rigid hybrid policy
