I do see being an observer as part of my job and part of my overall c.v.i admit I have no respect for lazy a-s employees but the observer role is purely to point out health and safety issues which can effect company absenteeism.
An observer volunteers to do it on top of their actual work. So no they aren't just doing their job.
Also the only person to say they are an observer admitted they only became 1 to rat out a person for sitting down all day. ffs

I didn't say they were lazy.we can't have people out of work with bad backs due to bad ergonomics like bending from your chair to pick up a pen.
How is someone being lazy make the workplace unsafe for you ? Sounds like you don't like someone and you are going to use "observations" to get that person in trouble because you have an issue with their work.
Sitting down isn't making the place unsafe.
I'm an observer.i volunteered because I want a safe workplace.something I've observed is one individual in cp doesn't get up off his chair all day.
