What kind of safety violation?
There was a serious safety violation that was being actively covered up by plant leadership there.
3Mers have endured Money Moni, Tireman, and now BB plus his jolly band of psyops-driven outside hires.
More proof BB wants to have people leave in droves so he won't pay severance packages.
Good bye what is left of once a world class innovation champion.
BB is Minnesota Nasty
I know the site leader - salt of the earth kind of person, long time 3Mer! There continues to be a toxic evolution of leadership culture brought on by outsiders. Not that outside perspectives and leadership is not needed but they seem to be embracing the bad more than the good!
If site leader was one of the best, then it’s a continuation of canning people just to can them, and replace with incompetent outsiders with toxic personalities.
I thought site leader was one of the best
Once word gets out, no one in their right mind will want to be a sight or engineering director. Good luck finding people for impossible jobs!
Was the site director (not mentioning names since that can get things deleted) that bad. Or is thsi one of the good leaders who didn't bend a knee and kiss the ring of BB
Sounds like Knoxville missed meeting the absurdly hire target goals BB and his henchmen imposed on them. More evidence that you should work your 40 hours only and refuse to take on more work because the team was downsized. The bosses get the axe from Minnesota Nasty BB.
Tennessee or Iowa?
Postings are up for plant director and engineering manager.
Couple people took a long walk
Nice little town in Tennessee.
