Has anyone received an early increase yet? Last year the raises occurred by the end of March.

The pool is set at 3% for an organization in the States. More or less depends on performance of course.

Last year, Fiserv did a split Merit program based upon grade level. Managers and up actually went after those below by a couple of months though they dis retroactively make it back to May. This year it is all in May.
Director says not until end of April early May! 1-2% maybe?
