I’ve worked at several banks, and this one is, hands down, the worst. The team is unreliable, constantly gossiping, and always on edge. My manager is clueless, more focused on office politics than actual work, and an expert at finding scapegoats to cover their own failures. On top of that, we’re drowning in overtime thanks to terrible workload management. All banks are rough places to work, but this one really takes the cake.

That doesn't make sense. Why specifically C13 and above? It should just be based on years
C13 and above get a standard 12 week minimum payout as long as you’ve been with the company for a year, correct?
Times are tough and hiring is sparse for now anyway. All that aside, I would not mind a layoff with the standard severance package allocated per year of employment. A severance of JUST two weeks pay or no severance, nah, that’d be tough.
I’ve actually heard some managers talking about how easy it is to break an employee’s morale, and then they started laughing. You’re either in the exclusive club or you are not.
Agree 100%, this place takes the award in breaking the employee morale
I hope you all get your wish whoever wishes it.
I don’t even think they have enough money to provide layoff package. I do believe what they are trying to do is to break the employee morale and overwork them to the edge so they can leave on their own accord. If you still there and surviving, they will continue making your life harder until you leave or got another job
Agreed. Where is my package
