Read the writing on the wall, there's a huge reason why they are pushing for India hiring and it's not because we'll all be one big happy family. It's to reduce the biggest expense to a business, payroll.
Because we aren't organically growing anymore. All we can do is upcharge existing customers and cut costs.

Yep. Good Job BB Leadership - All you've done is further eroded any remaining confidence or visions of having a future at the company. Now you're going to get people that will be halfway out of the door already, who would rather leave ASAP over getting axed out of nowhere with a paltry 2 months of pay.
Leadership if you're reading this I suggest giving 3 months, it's the least that you could do given all of the bad decisions that led us here, 1 more month out of your pocket isn't going to make a dent for you, but would be a massive difference for any impacted employees.
I will be working so hard to move on. This job market su-ks, but need to get out before they throw me out with just two months of severance. That is criminal. Best wishes to all that were let go, you deserved better than this ELT, and I sure hope you all find it.

Word on the street is that there are big layoffs in the BBCRM product area.
Posting a bunch of India specific job openings in the days leading up to and the actual day of layoffs sure is a choice.
