Other insiders seem to have gotten away. Patent was kinda cr-p and the acquisition should not have passed muster. ZM knew things but seemingly refused to cooperate with federal investigators.

He must not be very smart to use his sister in his scheme.
I doubt that he came up with the ideas while working in Q. He just wanted an easy sale. Thats illegal obviously. But then again, Q would give him peanuts for his idea through the proper means.
