Current managing partner is internally asking for associates empathy while they decide who and when they will layoff. Associates are being laid off and the leadership is asking for empathy. Leadership worships at the feet of former managing partners. Now they are going against the very essence of the culture they say they love. Current leadership is ruining a once great company and managing partner is asking for empathy. Shameful.
