Optum has turned a blind eye to the level of incompetence in every facet of the organization. How can a multi billion dollar company not provide technology that works!!! SMDH!! Additionally, the amount of work they keep piling on is a funny joke. Let’s do more and more with less people. Let’s make people angry, stressed out and tired. Get out while you can… we are all on a sinking ship and nobody is gonna survive!

I am a dream… blood sweat and tears for a company that doesn’t value me or anybody else for that matter. Just letting everyone know the writing is on the wall.
My guess is when you fire all the American tech workers and use contractor or offshore who lack experience but we're cheaper or lied to get the job, your going to end up with lots of knowledge gaps that cause new or not really competent engineers to fail to deliver. That's the pattern I have witnessed anyways. And same with when you move your help desk offshore ...
