I am an American and made a huge mistake joining this clown car circus of id--ts. The hiring manager made the job sound so rosy and the company so dependable. The pay rate was the lowest of all the other offers but I took the job as it seemed the company had its sh-t together since it was around for so long. Do I regret that fateful decision.
Since then I have had two managers, may customers withdrawing from proposals and RFPs and just about every chaotic cr-p you can imagine.
Needless to say I’m looking outside and just hope not to end up in another train wreck like TCS.

I along with my team , 2 QA , 4 developers , one architect , 1 manager got layed-off in November 2024 for no reason. They had lot of positions opened for everyone at that time and even now.
First of all you didn't have any offers...
2nd you won't find a job outside this yr but gl..
I do agree tcs is a dump though but so are 1000 other corporations...
