I bet they won't have company wide communications. There is a growing trend of not communicating any bad news.
Still zero company wide communication over here. I know there is a process to this but gosh ELT come on.
When is company planning to announce this org-wide..tomorrow I am guessing..?
Not OP, but absolutely. Read the writing on the wall, there's a huge reason why they are pushing for India hiring and it's not because we'll all be one big happy family. It's to reduce the biggest expense to a business, payroll.
Because we aren't organically growing anymore. All we can do is upcharge existing customers and cut costs.
Why do you think more is to come in the near future? Is it because BB India?
