How hard is it to sell post it notes?
Hard to believe with all that proceeds with restructuring and layoffs , however would not surprise me with not hitting metrics and the beating up the salesforce is not working.

BB has set impossible metrics for sales, profits, costs, etc. The business knows only one thing. Layoffs!
I expect BB wishes to spin off CBG first. He wants to make it more "attractive" as an acquisition or merger partner by slashing costs in the short-term. BB doesn't care that the cost cuts will damage the business 3 to 5 years out.
He also needs more bonuses so he can buy a bigger yacht for his palatial Florida mansion. His desk in Maplewood is probably collecting dust given how rarely he shows up in town.
