Every day I’m amazed this place hasn’t collapsed yet. The level of disorganization here is next-level ridiculous. It’s like watching a sinking ship that somehow refuses to go down. I don’t know whether to laugh or just walk away for good. The fact that anything gets done at all feels like a weird fluke.

I ask myself the same question every single day. Nobody seems concerned that project are stacking up and deadlines are missed. It is absurd.
Surely this is the fault of individual contributors and we need to offshore more of them, and not the fault of our bloated, incompetent leadership that got in through nepotism.
