Meetings on meetings and nothing happening. They won’t let us do our jobs, just keep doing initiatives to distract from running the day to day. Fire these id--ts. Why is that Martin guy still earning a paycheck? Or that spigeil guy? Useless

They won’t just let people do their jobs and focus. Why do goals change every two months? Product leads are MIA. STOP SHAKING THINGS UP EVERY MONTH. We’re going to have a mess on our hands if this continues. TO THE EVPS IN TRUAUDIENCE, PLEASE, for the love of god, stop changing things.
this company is a cluster of pointless “new” initiatives, rebranded “strategies” and random pivoting. every year is some new idea or revolution they come up with and then money and resources are spent to tackle that for 12 months
The company must be in some sort of trouble. The crazy of it all is telling.
All they do is eat on the company dime and meet in offices to talk about BS and then go home and cash in stocks
