I am one that was told I am a "Dead Man Walking" "And the Severance will be the standard plus my FULL bonus" as long as I support a transition plan up to the end - 1st Week of August". This transition plan included streamlining cross functional tasks. If I leave before Aug., there will be obv no severance. If they end my time before Aug., Severance will be the same but with a prorated bonus and at only 75%. In this conversation I was told there will be a significant "transformation" in august. Layoff was not said but you do the math.
