Where should he go to have the most turn around impact?

Very hard for a multimillionare to do undercover boss nowadays. He would need training, acting classes, a wardrobe expert, linguistics training, etc. To be honest I don't think he could pull it off.
Indian manager in TD also hired too many Indians, even without going through interview process. Intel is missing dicipline to punish bad behavior of managers. Indian managers became kings to do whatever they want. They say one thing and do another, inconsistently.
