How is it that those with sponsors can come into the office late and leave early while the rest of us work long hours?

That is why I am mailing it in these next few years as my career is over at 55. So I am dammed if I do or not. When you see me in the hall please ignore me. I just am at the point of not caring and saying f it. Years of abuse have made me this way and it will do it to you as well.
If your family and life story not good enough to be presented in an intranet article, there is no hope of you getting a sponsor and moving significantly upward.
Just try to be good enough that you do not get PIP sacrificed to obtain the % quota set prior to the assessments.
Maybe they are working late and on calls with AP and KL.
It has been like this for more than 20 years.
Those who work the least have negligible impact when moved upward.
The person getting all the work done cannot be moved upward because would impact the business too much.
Being successful at your job can be career limiting at EM.
Looking pretty, doing PowerPoint, and obtaining a sponsor is the path to a successful upward career at EM.
