Per title, I'm interested to know how voluntary WFR works? Is there an internal site I can go to request for a voluntary WFR?

How long does this process take in the UK? I requested redundancy from my manager and I want a speedy exit
Don't boot lick and you'll be out of there in no time.
the easiest thing to do,is just stop coming to work and dont even botherncontacting Dell.
We will automatically send severance to your last know address
I asked my manager to put me on the list In August. Couldn’t be happier to be done with Dell. Got a new job within a month away from the toxicity and backstabbing.
I know several that have reached out to managers requesting to be on the list. Easy out for the managers knowing someone wants to leave.
You can ask. Simple as that. If you’re interested in WFR, you have nothing to lose. There is a potential here that you give your leader a way out of other potentially difficult WFRs. Having a ‘volunteer’ makes it much easier on your leadership.
Alternatively, make sure you’re in the bottom 10% at mid/EOY year org calibration
The boss move would be to negotiate offline with your manager so they get a cut of your severance if they put you at the top of the list. This approach is not for everyone, just big bosses.
Well, it's super easy. Just hand over your notice
They don't be let go if they don't have 20 reports, they will just be made individual contributions
No manager is going to let anyone go now. The managers are going to be fighting for their lives until August. They must hit 20 direct reports or they are going to be let go.
Quiet quit. Make sure your numbers are the lowest on the team, but just enough so that you can't be fired, and they'll eventually WFR you.
you do I did 2 years ago. Call your manager and tell them to put your name on the list.
It doesn't. If you trust your manager enough, you ask them to consider putting you at the top of the list and then hope they do that instead of putting you under a microscope to figure out ways to get rid of you without paying a package.
