Just found out from a credible source in HR that contingent workers to be cut soon. Truist will no longer employ CWs on H1-B visas. CWs who are eligible to be employed in US to be cut as well. Part of EL cost rationalization effort that Bill will present in Q1 earnings call

If they cut all the DEI and ESG nonsense on the payroll that would be significant savings. Start with the Chief Teammate Officer and her useless band of merry theys and thems. Anyone with pronouns in their LinkedIn and email signature.
