I think some teams started to hear about their new setups last week.

Not sure if that’s relevant for all in scope teams, or if social plans would be needed.

Makes least sense to remove single people with no kids. Those are the people who show up, do the work and are most committed to the company. People will get offended by this and downvote me, but parents often leave early, come late, take so many sick days and whatnot. Yet paid the same. Make it make sense

I know at least 10 people who got Vlp but also couple who were rejected.
Social plan would be nasty, removing rist single people with no kids, then the rest as per the social factors.....
Here we would see who was "targetted"....
