I’ve been hearing about people being let go here and there, but the frequency has definitely increased lately. Is it just my perception, or are quiet layoffs actually happening more often now?

18 people laid off in Finance TODAY along with some "reassignments"
Not aware of any employees- just some contingent contracts not renewed, and some employee resignations post STIP payout.
