2b1 have you heard who is buying it? My spouse works for a competitor and rumor is that is Zhucheng Yihe Axle Co., Ltd. They have no US asset that I know of.
Dana Corp will no longer be Dana Corp very very soon. Another company poised to buy the assets but not the Corporate workforce. This is always a sad situation for the employees that are overhead/supporting functions but automotive companies are great at coming in and cleaning house. Unless you are direct labor at a manufacturing site, good bye and good luck.
