Has anyone gotten in trouble for not badging in? Have you heard of any consequences, from getting a mild reminder to getting fired?

1 member of my team was talked to, she is in the office more than some of the males on the team including myself, and none of us have been talked to. Lots of documenting going on because this does seem targeted. She is a great member of the team who contributes more than most.
Well, if my manager showed up more than once a week I’m sure he would care more about who is working where.
i think they're happy with the results, buildings are full so they're pretty much done.
A lot of people are not coming in at all, or only coming in once a week for a few hours. RR1 was so busy that first week and there were no seats to be found, and now it's even more quiet than before the 5 day rto
It’s up to managers. I’ve done two WFH days just because of Dr appts. If I commuted in on those days, they’d lose four hours of time with me going back and forth. We had a ton of deliverables and I still only lost 1.5hrs (my dr is one hour in the opposite direction of the office - 20 mins from my house) but worked a total of 15 for day. I’m an adult and can adult pretty well. The fear and strictness people are feeling is completely counter productive. And every company I have worked for as an adult has always appreciated getting work done over being a body in a seat.
In my office we were fortunate enough to get assigned seating. From what I have seen RTO participation is just slightly above 50% with many people only putting in half days. I'd say that, so far at least, there have been no consequences.
Doesn't appear to matter at this point.
Not yet. They were just fishing for people to quit by forcing them to RTO before they started the layoffs.
Post layoff might be a different story.
Not true. It's up to managers how they enforce it, nothing will happen if your mgr is ok with it
Your immediate manager is supposed to police the policy.
He/she will get dinged on next quarterly if not being followed by subordinates.
It's just a matter of time before it catches up to you
Nope - not for me and not for anyone else I know. That doesn't mean when it's convenient there won't be consequences though.
