When are the Hourly Colleague Annual Reviews? It is usually around this time of year but we have heard nothing yet.

Wow so now they are stopping the pay scale for everyone and then just giving a few cents to their favorites??? Merit based my **&&
They are stopping the same pay scale for everyone. Store manager just received information that its merit based. And on store communications I believe you will see it May 16th or around there.
that will be nice if it is actually merit based
I hear it is merit based this time around. So Joe Schmoe who clocks in and does nothing won’t get the same raise as Sally Sue who’s a top sales colleague.
Should be happening this month.
