If bonus was paid last month then is any amount of another bonus paid in April severance?

You should get a pro-rated bonus based on how much of the FY you were there. If you are lucky enough to be in a state with PTO payout laws you will get a that too. If you used PTO before accruing it though you may have to pay it back.

Recent rounds have capped packages at 6 months.

Yes you get 3 months worth of next year's bonus at 75%. Or at least I did.
