Severance in Ireland is 6 weeks per year. 4 plus 2 government, but Dell top it up, plus they give about a month additional. Got WFR'd last year, things may have changed since then, but unlikley.
Everyone's circumstance, years of service, role etc are different. There is no set package.
A pack of Haribo gummy bears per year of service is the package.
