Managers and directors might have known for a month now but they still pull the day off call. Most people I know got the invite a few hours before and some a few minutes before with a ping to jump on.

My manager gave me a heads up today that it’s going to happen, but I won’t get an official notification until early May.

A lot of managers set the call right before (sometimes a few hours and sometimes a few minutes). It is usually Mon-wed of the impacted week.
These invites will probably be going out through the first week of May.
From previous rounds it looks like they go on from Monday to Wednesday.
