Does anyone else report those as fishing? I don’t care about some big wig at the top getting a promotion, raises and bonuses. That has nothing to do with me. Keep that trash off my computer unless they are gonna spread the wealth.

Its got everything to do with you and others not being able to pay your bills. Cant even keep up with inflation.

In my business unit, every director or above was an internal promotion. Every plant manager was an internal promotion. Im pretty sure every manager was an internal promotion as well. There are definitely opportunities for advancement. The opportunities just may not become available super frequently.

Telling everyone that someone got a newly created position/department with no direct reports all the while facility level employees have NO opportunity for promotion, raise beyond the minimum cost of living raises or hourly employees that get no bonuses. It's all about who you know, not about job performance.
