If he does not move fast enough, that may be the best option left for Intel.
Why is everyone still confused? Nothing will change cause he is not here to turn Intel around…. He is here to chop it up and sell it. Why is their still confusion regarding this?
What has he done lately? There seems to be little changed since he joined Intel.
Intel is toast. Because:
- Same culture of favoritism/nepotism ($ndians)
- Same Mgt making decisions.
- Same "engineers" doing CYA work.
- Same artificial complexity to keep one's job.
- Same silo mentality to not share information one's own countrymen (i.e. $ndians).
- Same PEs, Senior PEs, Fellows making $450K+ who let this Co to almost bankruptcy.
- $Indian nepotism and favoritism.
- Bloated org like Atom CPU, PTL CPU, XEON CPU, TD, TMG, CMO, PKG, NEX(Sachin Katti, Srinivas Lingam), IDC, HAIFA, Kyriat Gyat, Petach Tikva, Folsom, Rolner Acres teams.
Nothing has changed and nothing much will because VPs, GMs, Directors will not do that

What the he-l are you even saying? Nothing u say makes sense. It's probably due to English not bieng ur first language. That is mostly the issue at Intel and other American tech companies. Stop hiring foreigners and try training people who are already here in America.
He wasn’t brought on to last 2 years. His mission is to break up intel into small companies and pieces in less then 2 years.
@br : you are right but look at trump decision as well, whole stock market is falling down , if LBT uses his old recipe at cadence to revive intel then please expect folks in low cost country doing all the work…

With the collapse of the US geo, people will work for low $ to survive.
He will use that same feather here to reduce cost.
Intel is competing against competitors whom uses low cost geo. After COVID and WFH, you can be located in any geo.
