I'm not exactly sure what else to call them, but they've been happening for months on a small scale. A few people here and there, but consistently. It's finally been over a month since I've heard about any new people being let go, so I'm hoping we might finally be done?

Depends on location. Plenty of new people on bench here. Bench is like layoff. Really hard to find new internal assignment.
