There are LRs and Restructuring coming to US Commercial Sales and Engineering. Operation consolidation will happen. Small regions are going to be consolidated. Can’t have regions that have a fraction of a goal of true Select regions.

It’s crazy how GES went through like 3 restructures in the last couple years but commercial remained untouched. I feel like it’s just them catching up at this point
Commercial has been through 5 restructures in 5 years. Not sure if you have commercial and mid-market mixed up.
Many of my coworkers and myself were a victim of stagnant salary and stolen compensation. Finally our jobs were outsourced and we were kicked to the curb.
If you were that good you'd have known you were underpaid and done something about it. I worked for multiple companies where this happened but the teams were competent and had no problem addressing management in open forums. If they said they felt they didn't need to move we did and quickly.
Restructure is a safe term to use to avoid lawsuits from layoffs.
