The ultimate new Low !!!

47 people were given offers including senior leadership positions at huge package and fat equity with no interview at all !! Any leader with any ethics can't ever do that to bring own people, most of them were non-performers from SAP. Unheard for any respectable company.

At the same time, new layoff list is coming this month for performing old-timers. Shameless leaders remaining from old lot are just busy promoting their pets to VPs and handing over big team and not uttering a word against such unethical practices. What a shame !!!

Who you are calling losers are the ones who were brought in as you couldn't get your house in order.. You went shopping with no money in your pocket and needed TB to save you. Your products are in bad state and your engineering head is shamelessly just holding the seat doing nothing. Your quality head is in the position only because of past "Unethical Relationship" with no handle on anything. Your platform head is another couch potato who does nothing and plays the color card.. This whole company is freaking POSH case !!!

We can't expect losers to understand the village spirit where a leader who is going through personally difficult time is being targeted. On the other hand, people who were put on notice for being incapable in a small part of SAP are being hired at one or two levels above, without any checks and validations. Biggest of them, who was just a project manager is given charge of engineering and he is running everything into the ground and has no morals or ethics. All those unethical hires are given huge equity packages and existing performers are forced to leave shamelessly. It's so easy to compare the current and past designations of new hires on social. Is it possible in any respectable company? Is TB aware how unethical people are ruining whatever is left in the company? New layoff list is just around the corner and anyone asking questions is being shown the door

Dance videos. Pink wall paint. Overpaid conference speakers. No wonder jobs are being farmed out to other countries. This company has been living in a “pay no attention to the bullsh-t behind the curtain” world while the golden parachutes mismanaged everything. So long as “culture” was good, right?

You know what this calls for? Coupa Dance Video! Remember how those dancing videos featuring senior leadership used to get us all fired up about Business Spend Management? I do! The only cure for this is more frequent dance videos, heck we may even need weekly dance videos at this point. Better yet, we should hire dedicated body doubles of senior leadership to just continuously make dance videos. Rob B. breaking it down with a backwards hat on to “Can’t stop the feeling” will forever live in my heart. I want AllOfUs, especially the new ‘SAPers’ to be able to experience the pure JOY that comes with Coupa Dance Videos.

It's demented that a new, really hard-working leader is being targeted, who is only helping by getting the right colleagues, who wouldn't have joined this small company otherwise and on the other hand the so called ethical leaders are absolutely doing nothing and even lamest of them is illegally drawing US salary sitting in India.. You all deserved the spanking you are getting !!

Yeah it’s true that a bunch of SAP people were given offers and didn’t have to interview for it. Don’t believe it? Just look up the new hires from the VP of India Engineering’s team. Some have already started but there will be more. Dunno if it’s 47 though.

True leaders don't get their "own" people under carpet and have confidence that they can cross the bar and are good enough to be hired. You who might have came in without any check, shamelessly asking me to leave, even I was good enough to go through the right hiring process and have been performing. Will any of the existing people ever respect you knowing you didn't even have b*lls to face the interviews?

Given you people are busy making list to fire existing people, how do you even face yourself doing all that ? Shame existing leaders are supporting all this and not even uttering a word? Don't you have any accountability left?
