Kinda how Oxy employees see their company. Gloss over or ignore anything unfavorable. Its why they keep posting how good Oxy is and trying to convince themselves that all that history is some other company.

Experiencing the timeout is a terrible feeling that makes us change our behavior. It is a good approach. Why can’t we put some of our federal ( and Texas state ) government officials in timeout.
