Thread regarding Rockwell Automation Inc. layoffs

RIP Don Davis

“We are deeply saddened by the passing of our former Chairman and CEO Don Davis,” Blake Moret, Rockwell’s chairman and CEO, said in a statement.

“Don served Rockwell for more than 40 years, starting in customer-facing roles and moving up through the organization to ultimately lead Rockwell," Moret said. "Don was a decisive leader but always kept employees and customers at the forefront of his decision-making process."

I can't say I'm too surprised that there has been no article on EPOCH acknowledging the passing of Don Davis, but it would have been a nice gesture if they did.

Don died of a broken heart after watching Blake drive the company into the ground over the past few years.

One can only hope Blake turns over a new leaf and takes a page out of Don's book...."Don was a decisive leader but always kept employees and customers at the forefront of his decision-making process."
