One of my customers asked what AI tools we use to make my job better? An honest answer i could not give. The AI tools are not very good. Can anyone name one?

Copilot consistently gives me incorrect our very old information when using the "Work" portion. It has to pull from Dell data sets which are also very poorly managed.
They likely WFR'd the people who were maintaining that stuff.
we used to have a great sufficiency report but that went away for some reason. Now Finance wants us to use another report, the new reports stinks.
The Sales AI needs a lot more work. I can bet that they are definitely working on it.
The one app that seemed pretty good was Dell Chat. They ki-led that a while ago but keep saying it’s coming back. All I know is management is only interested in AI to replace us, not AI to help us.
The only AI tool everyone can access is the cheap version of Microsoft Copilot. It has no customization.
Sales bought “off the shelf” Glean and are trying to pretend Dell built it by calling it Dell Sales Chat. And they’re insisting sales people maintain the charade. They’re also blocking us from every other tool to try to force us to use it even though it doesn’t work.
The only AI is our web browser and we use it for summarization and writing reviews.
Zero AI in my area - just lots of automation.
the best we got is codeium which isn't that great

tell us you don't know how ai tools work without telling us.
i took the training and i know how to use them but let’s get real, the tools are inefficient and ineffective

There are four that I use daily. I rarely have to reply to an email with much more thought beyond ai now, my scheduling and prioritizing is managed automatically, documentation and presentations are created in moments etc. Sales people have a chat tool that provides them with real time product information and response resolution with customers. Maybe take the ai training and learn what is there and how to use it?
but I was told dell was AI company tho
The only one my team has will sp-t out recommendations for the best ice maker when you ask it questions about network switches.
