I have heard 1% layoffs with most groups exempt

It's interesting how people on this site saying "fake news" are always wrong. They said fake news on RTO and fake news on this WFR that is impacting my team today. Where are they getting the information to confirm its fake?? Are they just guessing the answer they want it to be?
Layoffs are never week 8-9 . . They are first week of the quarter. This is fake news

Stop posting this same busted a$$ line already. My team is losing people and other team I know of is losing 9 people. Take your 1% and tell it to the 1% that want to hear it - probably HR or your mom or someone.
