Legacy tariff related cuts incoming

As a Señor Executive at NCR Voyix, I am returning Monday with sweeping cuts to make that will be essential in the long term out look of our company.

If you aren’t building, implementing or selling software that’s related to Zynstra or Edge, you are out of the door.

Storeline, store point, epsilon, blah blah blah.. don’t let the door hit you on the way out!

AV was easy money most of the time, answer the phone, suspend the call, and order a part. The past 10 years it was really just a cash grab, 3 hours OT for picking up the phone for 10 min of time, plus the crumbs they actually paid you for taking the AV, it is $15 a shift……

NCR’s dependence and threats to AV CE’s has been their playbook forever.
They will not fully staff for 24hr’s instead they force employees on AV to cover essentially the job of 2 people. Better to pay 1 then benefits to 2, multiply that for every area with tech’s and you can see why they do this. You must live life to work for NCR, or else. Now if you work on a bigger team 5+CE’s the AV isn’t so bad, but do AV on a 2 person team and half they year you spend on NCR’s beck and call.

I was let go 2.5 years ago, victim of 2 bad co workers and a stupid boss who was also let go. People are so desperate to keep their jobs they stick a kn--e right in a teammate’s back. I can just say it’s only time till your termination, not if, but when.

Anyone from Atleos out there? Just curious to see how things are going and if similar to Voyix right now. Are you still running a bunch of network calls on top of ATM calls or has that slowed down?

Very funny but I wouldn’t doubt cuts are on the way. Bring it on hefe LOL. More ready than ever to move on to something better. My TM just sent a message that CEs will be written up if they don’t handle a call while on AV after hours if requested. I guess if you have an issue and can’t find someone to cover for you then too bad??
Voyix is a clown show these days. I could see Toshiba getting more of our calls going forward.
