I just don’t get this kind of “logic.” You’re wishing bad on someone who isn’t part of the problem. Everyone’s situation is different and for most of the workers actually left, it’s too late in the game to leave. If someone is a few years away from retirement, why would they leave. No company is hiring now or has been in months/years. Most people are not like you - 24 years old with 2 years in the industry making peanuts. At some point in your life you will gain some humility after receiving your first real reality check. And guess where we will be? RETIRED!
