Sorry for the complete and total collapse of my mental health. I am at the end of the road of burnt out, and theres a massive cliff I’ll be coasting off before long. The brakes failed a while ago. Sorry about me 🙏 Looking for help. I need medicine to stay alive, but worry every day how I’m even going to feed myself in old age. This country is going to be a hollowed out shell out what it once was.

nice troll OP
If this is a serious post, you need help. Don't waste time on this website looking for compassion. Go to your doctor, hospital etc and get yourself help.
Remember that guy that blew his head off in the Round Rock parking lot? This is serious.. getting away from what's making you miserable is a must. Start thinking of what other sort of life you might live and take steps to get there.

Get help, the resources above are free. Walk in nature, it helps. Do something like gardening, clean the grass, if you done own a home then volunteer to help someone. If work is too much, consider taking a leave of absence or short term disability. But most importantly know what whatever you are going through you are not the only one, you can find community if you look hard enough, you can get help, you can overcome. Take care of yourself.
@ay+1jr0vzy48 Has fu-k all to do with Dell but you are a complete cu-t.
Have some compassion.
What does any of this have to do with layoffs at Dell? Go find another job elsewhere if you're that worried. Complaining on TLO does nothing. If you come to this site daily, stop. It just gets in your head even more.
You have zero control over what is going to happen both at Dell and with the country. Save some money, update your resume, and look for greener pastures if you're truly that concerned
Seek a medical professional - take meds as prescribed and counselling. Do financial planning for your retirement.
Most of all, Quit Dell. The toxicity will do you more harm. Happy to have left Dell last August.
There are medications that can help you. You don't have to go through it alone. Talk to your PCP. Dell will ruin your mental health. The best day I had is when I got laid off.
There are better days ahead, take vitamin D, magnesium and relax
Dude you have depression. Get some help.
