The All Hands was a disaster - out of touch CEO showed zero empathy and filled his time with excuses and blaming the staff. No accountability. His big idea is no more Christmas Party, a waste reporting line and more cheap (under paid) labor over seas. Why is he still here?

I’m relatively new in my career, but this culture feels really toxic. Instead of providing reassurance, he’s making things worse and creating an environment of fear. It’s concerning and frustrating that he doesn’t seem to trust his leadership team and is so focused on a waste line that only he and the CFO would even see.
Honestly, he feels really out of touch. He and his inner circle of men, have already made their money, but the rest of the company is struggling under his leadership, it’s really awful. On top of that, his wife being so involved in the business is a huge red flag for a public company-with her power people can’t say no - my friend feels she has no voice and she is trapped. Others fear retaliation as she is so involved and it has to be her way or nothing. At this point, his leadership isn’t helping Five9, it’s dragging it down, and it’s hard to see a future here if things don’t change.
Never seen leadership this talentless, spineless and brainless.
I am super excited about tattletale hotline
