They never announced one even when there clearly was.be vague and look miserable.hope the show of uncertainty filters down and people leave of their own accord.the aim is avoid paying redundancy.
I clearly remember the town hall when it was stated that we would continue hiring, only to face layoffs just a few months later!
No they won't his aim is to cause panic and some will fall but many will stay
It is not business as usual. All companies will at least pause all discretionary spending. If the tariffs persist look for huge layoffs and reshoring to the US as fast as possible.
And you based this on what?? It's business as usual for companies
