Yes, too many on this team. The companies Fidelity contracts with actually provide the services. Procurement should manage the contracts and KPIs. Dissolve the team.

I work in a different group that collaborates often. They seem to like to add complexity when unnecessary. Maybe more to seem critical.
I think this is the team that puts on those events few people attend.
They have no quantifiable impact. Only spend money.
Bloated team that just goes on trips to nice hotels, eat and drink.
